Neatclip doesn't work on discord.#37

When a neatclip is posted on discord, you must click on the link to watch it in the browser because the vid doesn’t load in discord itself. Would be cool if it did!

This needs to be fixed.

Also, the clip sometimes shows up on Discord as the FULL 2 minutes clip instead of the shortened customized clip.
